Our Pre-Wedding services includes:
-Budget preparation.
– Coordinating wedding vendors: venue, catering, hair/makeup, decor, photo/video, entertainment, sound, & more.
– Liaise with all the vendors and venue management prior to and on the wedding date in terms of logistics and scheduling of events.
-Develop and make itinerary and schedule appointments for any pre-wedding visits including venue inspections.
-Creating the wedding schedule with input from the couple and vendors before the big day
Within 1 to 7 days prior to Wedding Day:
-Coordinating venue and vendors for seamless wedding logistics and scheduling.
-Conduct final meetings before the wedding with all the vendors.
-Assist with the wedding rehearsal at the wedding venue (based on the availability).
